All returns must meet these conditions. Non-compliant returns will be declined and sent back at your cost.
We accept change-of-mind returns (including wrong size) within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn with tags attached.
If your item has a manufacturing defect or we sent you the wrong item — full refund or replacement, your choice, and we cover return postage.
Same 14-day window, same 20% restocking fee for change of mind, same defect coverage.
Email support@believersondeen.com with subject "Return Request — [Your Order Number]". Include your order number, reason, and photos if defective.
We'll respond within 24–48 business hours with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return address. Do not ship until you have this — unauthorised returns won't be processed.
Pack securely with tags attached, write your RA number on the outside, and ship using a tracked service. Reply with your tracking number.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Allow a further 3–5 days for your bank to process. Cash refunds only — no store credit.
Your 14-day return window starts from delivery, not order date. To cancel before dispatch, email us as soon as possible — no restocking fee applies. Once dispatched, standard return conditions apply.
