These Terms & Conditions govern your use of believersondeen.com (the “site”) and any purchase you make from Believers On Deen (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Melbourne, Australia. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the item at the listed price. An order is only accepted once we confirm it and dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we’ll refund any payment in full.
We ship Australia-wide and worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For full details see our shipping & returns page.
We accept returns within 14 days in line with our Returns Policy. In addition, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
We describe our hoodies as accurately as we can — 350GSM heavyweight fleece, oversized fit, screen-printed. Colours may appear slightly different between screens. Products are made in small runs and stock is limited.
All content on this site — including the Believers On Deen name, logo, designs, graphics, text and photography — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or use it in any way that could damage or disrupt the service or other users.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the goods or the cost of resupply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
