The terms that apply when you use our website and buy from Believers On Deen.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of believersondeen.com (the "site") and any purchase you make from Believers On Deen ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Melbourne, Australia. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Placing an order is an offer to buy the item at the price displayed. No contract is formed until we accept the order by dispatching the goods. Until then we may decline or cancel it, including where the item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount paid in full.
We ship within Australia and internationally. Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.99 AUD. Orders to the United States and Canada are shipped at no additional charge, on a delivered duty paid basis, so no import duty is payable by you on arrival. Charges for other destinations are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes shown on the site are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are set out in our shipping and returns page.
You may return an item for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original condition with tags attached. Return postage is at your cost and a restocking fee of 20% is deducted from the refund. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full with no fee. The full terms are set out in our Returns Policy.
These change-of-mind terms are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and do not limit them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. No restocking fee applies to a return arising from a fault or a failure of a consumer guarantee, and we pay return postage in those cases.
The United Ummah Hoodie is a 350GSM heavyweight fleece in a 50/50 cotton and polyester blend, cut oversized with a dropped shoulder, with a screen-printed chest crest and back print. It is available in sizes S, M and L. Measurements published in the size guide are taken with the garment laid flat and are subject to a tolerance of approximately 2cm, as garments are produced in batches.
Colours reproduce differently between screens and photographs are indicative. Stock is produced in limited runs and an item may sell out.
All content on this site, including the Believers On Deen name, logo, garment designs, graphics, text and photography, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to extract data from it by automated means without our permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the goods. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited at our election to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on this page at the time you place your order.
